1. Talk about your strength and weakness. / What?is?your?greatest?strength/weakness?

I like analytics very much, that’s also my greatest strength. / I am good at analytics. I ever held a position of sales manager, I am solutions-oriented and proactive at analyzing processes and customer feedback, which help me identify opportunities to improve service standards and resolve complex problems.

I feel that my greatest weakness is that I always set too high goals for myself to waste much time in trivial matters. This reminds me that I should keep a down-to-earth attitude towards my study and life.

Public speaking is my weakness. I get nervous when I have to give a presentation or a speech in front of other people.(Just like now) . This is the skill I am currently working on. I have been going to the club meetings regularly where I give speeches in front of other members and I get constructive criticism about my performance. 

2. What kind of character do you have?

(2) I am quite active and energetic. l approach things enthusiastically and I don't like leaving things half done.

3. What are your spare time interests?

In my spare time, I like to read books regarding how to be myself and how to deal with problems. Sports and music are my favorite entertainments. As for my sport interest, I could not deny my greatest interest is football. Playing football brings me a lot of glory, happiness and passion. And this activity can teach me how to join in a group and corporate with others.

I love reading and climbing mountains. Through reading, we can find answers and learn practical skills. I love read two kinds of books: self-management books and psychology. Climbing brings me energy, so I love it too.

4. Could you tell me something about your family?

There are four members in my family: my parents, my cat and me. My father is a technician in the Fujian TV station. He often goes out on business. So most of the housework is done by my industrious mom. Climbing at weekends is our common interest. The fresh air and natural beauty can help us get rid of tiredness. During my preparing for coming here, my parents’ love and support have always been my power. And I hope in future I will be able to repay them.

We are a normal Chinese family. It consists of my father, my mother, and me. I am the only child, so I don’t have any brothers or sisters. l love my families and they are my number one priority.
